Project Description: In South Orange, Jarmel Kizel is currently designing a luxury mixed-use building for South Orange Commons, III, LLC owned by Edward Ayuso and Mark Berger. South Orange Commons will span four stories and consists of 57 luxury apartment units. The building will additionally utilize 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space on the ground floor and include a parking garage. Jarmel Kizel provided full architectural and engineering design services for this multi-family apartment building.
